GAVIN ROSSDALE Performs On 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno'; Video Available

July 18, 2008

Former BUSH and INSTITUTE frontman Gavin Rossdale performed his new single, entitled "Love Remains the Same", on Wednesday night's (July 16) episode of NBC-TV's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno". Watch the performance below.

"Love Remains the Same" is the first single from Rossdale's new solo album, "Wanderlust", which came out on June 3.

According to Billboard.com, Rossdale's wife, Gwen Stefani, lends vocals to the track "Some Days". The album was produced by Bob Rock and finds Rossdale collaborating with drummer Josh Freese, guitarist Chris Traynor, bassist Paul Bushnell and keyboardist Jamie Muhoberac.

The record features the first new music from Rossdale since he dissolved INSTITUTE, the band he formed a couple of years back after BUSH went on hiatus.

In a June 2007 interview with Ryan Seacrest of KIIS FM in Los Angeles, Rossdale stated about his solo album, "It's really kind of atmospheric and good. And I'm really excited about it."
